identified and implemented towards achieving contractual obligations

• Review and approve the submitted method statements, risk assessments, and ITP’s
• Review and apply project’s specifications
• Supervise subcontractors’ contracts
• Review payment certificates and variation order applications
• Follow up project budget control and cash flow
• Supervise and follow up material procurement and delivery progress
• Follow project HSE, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and local authority
requirements and regulations
• Raise due reports to higher management and other concerned parties as per company
and project regulations
These responsibilities were carried out over the following projects:
Emaar square residential and commercial high-rise buildings (3 towers, 21 floors
each with podium), Jeddah, KSA
New PEPSICO plant for Saudi International Beverage Co. SIBCO, an affiliate of
USA PEPSICO group. The largest Pepsi soft drinks plant at time.

Executed Projects:
Project Manager supervising different projects including a 6000 Ton Cooling
Energy Transfer Station for Tabreed Company
Executing the automation of the medium voltage overhead system in the Eastern
part of UAE
Project Manager taking charge of implementing the instrumentation systems of
the water distribution network feeding the Eastern Area of UAE.
Project Manager implementing a 9500 Ton district cooling plant with SNC
Lavalin. Work included installation of Chillers, cooling towers, primary and
secondary pumps, switch gears, SCADA, Access Control, Fire Alarm and Fire
Fighting Systems.
Project Manager accomplishing the major addressable fire detection and
firefighting systems of a major 1900-Megawatt power generation plant, and
130 MG/day sea water desalination plant in Fujairah

• Future Company Mega Glass Reinforced Pipe Factory
• Design and execution of 220 apartment residential complex
• Design and construction of 310 room and chalet Florida resort in North Lebanon
• Underground telephone Network installation at North Lebanon (Ministry of
