▪ Managed warehouse operations, streamlining and aligning operational activities with stated plans and standard operating
procedures. Maintaining inventory records and ensuring periodic checks for inventories and supplies. Maintained
warehouse checklists, prepared and implementing employee working schedules and developing actions plans; ensured
compliance to warehouse safety standards

records of shipping orders. Keeping track of incoming and outgoing consignments and analyzing warehouse space

Major Achievement:
Initiated the project of ITMS (in-transit monitoring system)
I completed the industry research project for assessing the Pakistani corporate market’s
consultancy needs.
The objective of the project was to help Genesis develop a subsidiary which deals in
providing support services to the businesses.
