Administrating ULMS (Unified Learning Management System).
• Providing services and support to KPC-PTC Departments and all K-
companies related to ULMS (Training Courses).
• Coordinating with all training programs providers to prepare the
training courses in terms of training program hours, approved instructor who will deliver the training program, number of enrolled participants, attendance reports and other.
• Following up constantly with the internal and external provider if there are any issues or notes related to the training programs.
• Administrating training courses (Virtual and Classrooms).
• Responding to all K-companies requirements related to the
training programs.
• Joining the training programs daily as a PTC coordinator to
coordinate training courses, follow up in and out status of
participants and to avoid any issues that might occur.
• Preparing weekly reports of all the E-learning and virtual training
programs updates.
• Preparing monthly reports of ERM E-Learning training programs
participation progress of KPC-Head Office.
• Preparing annual and quarterly reports of the training programs
activity summary under (Professional - Generic - Technical)
departments.
• Sending certificates of certified training programs to all K-
Companies’ employees.
• Completion of all the training programs (virtual and classrooms) on ULMS to enable Services and support Team to complete their procedures with providers.
