• Handling Big Switch Network (BSN) such as configuration, implementation and Administering Dell switches.
• Configuring and Planning of network connection and implementation.
• Cable tracing and patching of Ports (Fiber and Cat5) using FLUKE gadget.
• Troubleshooting of Wired and Wireless connection.
• Handling and administering Ruckus Zone Director / Configuration of Ruckus Access point.
• Maintain and providing Internet to the system and local/corporate users.
• Network/Bandwidth monitoring of the network infrastructure using CACTI.
• Administering Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WCP).
• Administering ANTLABS for Hotel internet connection for Guest.
• Investigating faults in the network.
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary.
• Escalate complex data network issues to vendors and internet service providers.
• Coordinates with vendors as required in cases of equipment malfunction.

For Voice

• Provide 2nd Level support for Voice Network
• Handling and administer Avaya Telephony System.
• Handling and administer Alcatel Telephony System.
• Network Dial Plan, call routing, Creating of Extension numbers, and Authorization codes.
• Configuration and Administer Sip Phones and wireless telephones.
• Configuration of Ascom Wireless Phone.
• Administering CMS for call Center.
• Administering Avaya Call Accounting (TeleAudit).
• Maintain Daily health Check list for all Voice Servers and Trunk.
• Responds to user calls for onsite support and installation, removals, Upgrades, modification.
• Escalate complex voice network issues to vendors.
• Coordinates with vendors as required in cases of equipment malfunction.
