- Contributed to reaching an agreement with MIC (KSA) and a foreign company (China) to supply RSAF with the solution in the name of Science Technology and transferring the technology for the next contract with the MOD.
- Coordination with RSAF and our partner to reach the optimal SOW and procedures that fit the Ministry of defense requirements and our partners' expectations with having our company's benefits in mind.
- Plan and organize workshops with the entities and vendors to agree on the process and procedures of project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the project's progress.
- Prepare & present SOW, Project plan, and Localization plan to GAMI.
- Contributed to initiating the process and forums to manage and follow up our trade deals with various
vendors.
- Close supervision of various vendors to ensure project deliverables.
- Plan and organize the Manufacturing and local content committee as the Committee Secretary.
- Identify and evaluate Industrial investment opportunities.
- Contributed to building the stakeholders’ engagement plan.
