1. Responsible to serve as customer interface for the demand plan and shipment information develop feasible operation plan and achieve customer satisfaction.
2. Create a Master Schedule through resource analysis including Material sizing and Capacity sizing.
3. Load Master schedule (MPS) into Jabil SAP system. Develop Revenue forecast and closely monitor the actual performance also drive for immediate corrective action and recovery plan in case there is potential miss to the revenue target.
4. Communicate with customer as per weekly concall meeting.
5. Arrange and monitor reports daily to commit target revenue and drive for continuous improvement.
1. Responsible in inventory data monitoring using Axapta system & ERP
2. Assist system enhancement initiative for more effective & accurate data maintanance
3. Coordinate with external party on exportation & importation shipping document
4. Liase government customs regards shipment clearance as to support CKD production matters
4.Assist invoicing processing & ensure proper filing (Po, Do, Memo & government customs approval letter )
1.Work primarily in an administrative capacity, doing tasks such as scheduling material purchases and deliveries and verifying current inventory.
2.Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs along with tracking orders and ensure timely delivery.
3.Maintain updated record of invoices and purchase orders, follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders.
4.Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
1.Maintaining inventories accuracy performance reporting, root causes analysis and process improvement progress
2.Directed analytical and logistical research teams to produce in-depth studies and analyses on logistics, maintenance and transportation issues.
3.Arranging administrative document inbound and outbound of inventory
