Evaluating tender documents, drawings, schedules and rise tender queries if applicable
Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analyze, estimate and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents
Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies
Perform comparison studies based on subcontractor proposal
Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of material
Perform site visit if possible, to analyze site preparation, demolition works and other scope those are not indicated in drawing
Preparing pre-tender estimates and Tender documentation
Preparing payment Invoices and Interim payment certificates
Take off site measurements for final account and variations purposes
Monitoring and verifying Sub-contractor’s Interim payments
Assessing and Claiming the additional cost of Design variations
Submittal of Monthly progress report
Preparing Cost comparison and Sub-contract BOQ
Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to sub-contractors
Duties& Responsibilities:
* Quantities take off and cross checking the provided quantities.
* Prepare tender documents, contracts, bill of quantities and other documentation
* Preparing and sending Enquiries to suppliers.
* Price comparison of the quotation
* Pricing bills of quantities
* Quantity calculation for concrete and steel reinforcement
* Prepared work progress and Daily Report
* Quantity Take off for the purpose of Daily Progress Activity
* Preparing quotations to sub-contractors
* Evaluation and finalization of sub-contractor quotation & material price.
* Preparing drawings in AutoCAD
