Responsibilities:
• Hiring talents according to workforce planning and staff requisitions
• Conducting hiring and exit interview.
• Receive work documents from new employees.
• Organizing and updating employee files.
• Preparing Social Insurance forms (S1 and S6)

• Generating monthly manhour report.

Resource policies, procedures and processes which are based on Corporate Policies and
Egypt legislation, practices, and policies.
• Develops and maintains excellent relationships with internal customers and project client.

any appropriate authorities to resolve any problems concerning the company, the
project, and employees.
• Assists management and provides advice on performance management cases.
• Communicate efficiently with employees on all HR topics
Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with agent to get marine work permits.
•Request flight tickets, hotel accommodation and transportation.
•Provides advice, guidance and support as required on return-to-work accommodations.
•Passports summary for keeping track.
•Managing site logistics and facilities and general office needs.
•Management of site documentation.
•Reviewing payment paperwork for operatives on site
•Handling petty cash fund reached 100, 000 EGP.
•Create letters of purchasing requests and follow up on Letters of purchasing order.
