HR Activities:
* Managing complete recruitment life cycle for all contractual staff -
technical and non-technical (Identifying hiring requirements, sourcing
candidates, interview assessments, interview schedules, offer negotiation
and onboarding, staff induction)
* Preparation of assessments using various Talent assessment methods
(case studies, video interviews, psychometric tests) to find quality talent.
* Co-ordinating with agencies for employee contracts, visas, work permits,
medical and ID cards.
* Staff profile creation and maintenance in SAP system. Updating staff
salary information and handling amendments related to staff data
(personal, biographical, salary and organisational information)
* Making amendments to staff timesheet/work schedule, etc in SAP as
required
* Work closely with management/end users/support teams for process
enhancement/automation related to all HR functions for outsourced staff
* Designing/implementing workflows related to outsource hiring process
* Maintaining and updating staff database of over 6000 employees and
regular data backups to ensure data security
* Act as a POC for all staff issues/complaints related to payroll, tools,
laptops, annual leaves, timesheet in SAP system and provide useful
feedback to resolve issues and conflicts as per contract terms and
conditions.
* Handling end to end process of outsourced staff retention plans/
increments /promotions, ensuring full implementation of contract terms
* Managing engagement activities in coordination with agencies &
departments
