Handling of NPK Granular, NPK WSF, and liquid fertilizer and Suspension fertilizer related equipment.
Designed and manufactured of liquid and suspension fertilizers production equipment in house.
Handling of all technical departments Mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
Handling electronic equipment like PLC, auto packing, auto feeding and weighing systems.
Handling of Diesel burners, blowers, belt conveyors, sieving systems and all mechanical equipment.
Achieved OFC to company by designing and implementing the systems to restricting dust and flue gases escaping from the industry.
Working as safety officer to the company and qualified Trakhees Accreditation program in Free Zone Industrial Awareness (FZIO).
Working as maintenance head for all technical departments.
• Expansion of 150 tons/day starch plant to 250 tons in 3 months without stoppage of plant.
• Restarted the 15 tons boiler which is stopped nearly 2 years back.
• Maintaining the 15 ton boiler which is commenced 20 years back.
• A new 1 ton/hour fiber dryer designed in the unit, commenced and put in running. It helps the institution to save almost 22 lakhs per month.
• I tried my level best and satisfied the new management in regaining sick industry in to with a profitable margin company.
• Achieved the target to minimize the break down time given by the unit head.
• Minimized the monthly mechanical spares budget from month to month.
• Maintained over 60 reactors, 300 pumps, 60 heat exchangers and etc. With my maintenance team.
• I was given as chief of construction engineer for new plant (NPK) in Salem and Aurangabad plants. Complete estimations for the regarding plant and fabrication dimensions are prepared by me.
• “Design, process and estimation for dust cleaning machine suitable to Indian roads” is being published by me in IJESR: ISSN: 2347-6532. And a sample is prepared by me, which shows its highest efficiency in working in cleaning dusts on roads.
• A complete plant design estimation and erection done by me for chemical plant named “LABSA” (LINEAR ALKYL BENZINE SULPHONIC ACID).
• Maintained an ISO certified (with IMS) company for 2 year without any ISO obligation, complete ISO quality management system(QMS) 9001:2008, ISO environmental management system (EMS) 14001:2004 and occupational, health and safety assessment system (OHSAS) 18001:2007.
Completed my M tech in Mechanical Stream(CAD/CAM) and passed in distinction. I have done my project on auto operated road cleaning machine.
Completed my B tech in Mechanical Stream with Distinction.
