• Detailed study of technical and commercial documents to understand the project’s requirements.
• Preparation of project schedule
• Coordination with other departments in order to meet the delivery and erection schedule.
• Attending clients meetings and schedule targets.
• Monitoring of works production achievements against set targets
• Coordination with subcontractors.
• Attending variation meetings with clients
• Achieving deadlines and handover project on time.
and Responsibilities
* Studying and understanding of Contract, tender drawings, Schedule, Scope of Work and
Volume, Matrix of Price List, Method of Measurement and Project Specification with drawings,
milestone etc
* Coordination with Contracts department for tendering documents & review.
* Material takeoff from IFC or tender drawings.
* Preparing Bill of Quantities/Materials/Material Take off as per drawings & client specification
and requirement based on Method of Statement for completion of constructed quantities.
* Conduct rate analysis for items purchased
* Preparation and submission of Interim Payment Applications
* Keep track of project as per planning schedule and coordinate with higher management
* Prepare subcontracts evaluation statement & contractual claims.
* Preparation of Variation & Certification from Client
* Raising the change orders for Materials and Man-hours as per client change order
request and obtain the approval.
* Organizing and attending weekly/Monthly meeting for Progress, Re-measurement and
invoicing.
* Certifying the subcontractor invoices
* Preparation and Submission of Final Account

* To motivate and give direction to teams developing and maintaining quality-based production,
whilst monitoring individual, team and machine performance.
* Supervising all aspects of print production and providing additional resource whenever
necessary.
* To control the flow of work to meet customer deadlines; from checking and managing the
product specification, making adjustments and keeping clients informed, to overseeing the
work of the staff, taking responsibility for the finished product by monitoring and maintaining
quality.
* Preparation, review and publishing of daily/weekly/monthly reports on operational activities.
* Co-ordination with Engineering, planning, procurement &Store

* Control the quality of the fabrication method and finished items
* Overall supervision of Structural steel Fabrication
