o Building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders internally and externally.

o Managing the selection process through streamlining applications and interviewing short-listed
candidates.
o Organizing introductory entrepreneurship workshops for NYU Abu Dhabi students.
• Manage startAD’s Alumni Community.
o Ensuring the alumni database is accurate and up-to-date using HubSpot. The alumni database
includes the profile of 150 startups and more than 200 founders from 37+ countries.
o Tracking the progress of alumni startups, preparing stakeholder reports and publishing alumni
success stories. Responsible for maintaining regular communication with startAD alumni.
o Preparing internal and stakeholder reports on startAD Core Programs and collaborative events.
