Perform a variety of complex tasks to relieve Regional Manager of routine operational and administrative details by managing, organizing, prioritizing, completing and delegating work and making decisions when appropriate within established guidelines and policy.
• Coordinate and effective supervision of outsourcing staffs (supervisors, factory workers, administrative personnel and guard force) in ensuring effective operations.
• Manage complex filing systems by receiving, create files and records as necessary using judgement and knowledge of office requirements, updating file, records, retrieving and storing files as needed.
• Orient and educate new employees, acquaint them with their specific responsibilities, communicate in clear terms what is expected from them and introduce them to the company vision and mission statement.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiative and performance management.
• Provide administrative support to all employee’s, assist in payroll administration and other statutory contributions to employees and government.
• Perform all related Human Resource Management functions as assigned by Head of Human Resource and Administration.
• Coordinate periodic security audit, survey and risk analysis of client facilities with aim of preventing loss of assets and injury to workers.
• Liaise with enforcement agents, government officials on security related issues.
• Conduct comprehensive investigation on incidents and submit reports with recommendations to the Regional Manager.
