-Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
-Manages recruiting which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, prepare the job offer and employee contract.

-Create, maintain, and update employee data for the HR information system.
