1. Participate in reviewing the design of offers, products, services, applications and systems to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.
2. Develop a strong understanding of the product and testing objectives through communicating with product owner and project management.
3. Perform full cycle of testing and acceptance to offers, services, products, applications, systems, platforms and any modifications implied.
4. Organize & translate requirements into solution architecture designs in coordination with MIS concerned parties.
5. Develop, document and maintain test plans, functional test scenarios, test cases, test data, data validation, automated scripts and other test related documents for testing of offers, products, services, applications and systems from all testing aspects including customer behavior and user’s experience..
6. Conduct test case reviews with concerned in MIS.
7. Setup the required test beds (hardware, software and network) in coordination with all needed concerned technical parties.
8. Execute automated and manual test cases based on the test level and report the test results, work progress and any problems stakeholders may face.
9. Prepare and communicate full defect report(description, root cause, replication, responsibility and prioritization) and verify defect fixes along with defect resolution documentation and approve / reject or the tested product accordingly.
10. Check and report issues related to offers, products, services, applications and systems after retirement phase (end of offer phase).
11. Support in production deployment of applications and perform “validation tests” and monitoring for offers, products, services, applications and systems.
12. Perform full cycle of testing and acceptance for new SIMs/modems shipments as per related procedure.
13. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, and alternatives that address existing and potential trouble are as under testing systems.
14. Keep all requirements specification, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and changes of offers, products, services, applications, systems and platforms well documented and accessible to all concerned Syriatel departments.
