Representatives. To ensure use best method (Production & Quality friendly) from the sample making stage to
reduced cost & manual jobs.
* Maintain proper Skill Inventory & Get Ready to meet forthcoming style’s require Quality standard & Target.
Start training of skill operations to reduced learning period, Monitor & upgrade training school. Trace low
performance & upgrade with in line training & proper follow up- up to 70%
* Prepare Efficiency & process Analysis reports in Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis. Update management about
Set Target vs Achievement & take preventive action to achieve set targets
* Prepare effective plan with the collaboration of planning department to reduce the learning curve
