I am responsible for over all project designing & execution in the given time line with my team. This includes execution of all the activities required to convert any bare shall into working space. We have done so many projects those includes residential, IT & non-IT set-up offices, shops, stores, clinic, SPA, restaurant & hotels etc. Our design has main focus on using space effectively & with less maintenance cost in future. We are catering to International clients like IBM, Master Cards, JLL etc.
Mauli Enterprises is a service providing company. It provides specialized services to IT & IT enabled companies. It is specially working in three verticals viz. Facility Management, Maintenance of office interior fit-outs & Material supplies. The major clients were IBM, HSBC, Accenture, JLL, Sodexo, SLK Global BPO, BNY Mellon, Wipro Ltd. Vodafone, Atlas Capco, Knight Frank etc.
I was responsible for maintenance of approximate 1.5 millions sqft. of Residential property. In this major activities were Housekeeping, Safety & Security, Landscape Maintenance, Lift maintenance, Electrical Power Management, UPS & Server room caring -maintaining temperature within limits, Diesel Gen-Set Power Management, Water Management including its quality, WTP, STP, Pest Control, Electro-mechanical services, Air-conditioners, Swimming Pool Operations & Maintenance, Gym Equipment Operations & Maintenance, Solar Water Heating System Operations & Maintenance, Cafeteria, Travel desk etc.
I had successfully set-up a complete system right from Project Team to Facility handover & then from Facility to Sales Team & finally from sales Team to Clients. This system has given 100% satisfaction to clients. Because when client was receiving his flat, it was 100% free from all the snags or defects.
Achievements-
• Lot of cost cutting done in previous systems & saved huge amounts.
• Due to 100% client satisfaction, there was significance rise in sales by app. 40% because of good after sales service provided by Facility Team.
• Many improvements done in the service related design, which has reduced maintenance cost drastically.
• Successfully set-up Marvel Customer Help Desk, to reduce client complaint down time & to track the complaint status in SAP.
Responsible for maintaining over all 4 million sqft. of properties for all the services includes Soft & Hard services with multi tenants, this includes IT offices, Commercial offices, Retails, ATM, Bank, Educational institutes, Restaurants, Gym & Residential properties etc.
Responsible for vendor development & management, client's meeting for regular feedback on services providing to improve in the system & make clients more happy.
Successfully reduced the maintenance cost by over 20% in 6 months time.
Successfully completed Facility Management training program in Singapore.
Responsible & overall in-charge of Polyurethane (PU) production department. Member of design team - Pinnacle Design Studio.
100% production target achievement.
Successfully completed one month Italian Furniture manufacturing training program in Italy at Saporiti Italia factory, Basenate, Milan, Italy.
Responsible for shift production & its quality.
Later in-charge of complete production & quality of both the shifts.
Responsible for quality check as per norms (includes, documents checking, physical material verification for quantity & finishes, container stuffing & sealing with the customs people) of the importers or standard specification (ISI etc.) of the export goods.
