Description :-
• Manage RKCL center in 11 district of Rajasthan.
• Manage eMitra center in 19 district of Rajasthan.
•Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
•Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.
•Providing project support to senior Project Managers.
• Managing the team which is monitoring and analyzing incoming calls and responded to customer request regarding service issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Direct and coordinate with team to performed installation, upgrade, troubleshooting in XP, Windows 7 & 8 and any other authorized desktop applications.
• Identify and escalated the priority issue when necessary, dealing with department by following departmental procedure for fault resolution.
• Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
• Attending meetings with Government officers for implementation of new services and products.
• Organize training sessions for field employees to guide them about new products and services.
•Communicating with project manager to report on project status. Resolving any financial queries that are raised.

Key-in accurately pertinent information of an order into the client- supplied application in accordance with the given project specifications.
Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field.

>Advice clients on financial plans utilizing knowledge of tax and Investment strategies, Securities and Insurance.
