achievements of annual targets,
• Cross sell existing bank products i.e. mutual funds, CASA, credit cards, FD,
• Appoint new DSAs in unrepresented areas to enhance business volume and market share
of the company while leading & monitoring the performance of a team,
• Liaison and coordinate with the credit team and manage the whole gamut of tasks
involved in approval and disbursal of loans,
• Efficiently manage the sales and business development operations,
• study the elements in sales promotion plans while considering consumer preference to
drive business volumes,
• Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team
• Achieve sales targets and Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them

loan, home loan, gold loan, Life insurance, General insurance
• Opening demat account
• Opening/closing fixed deposit/recurring deposit
• Sale SIP(Systemic investment plan)

• Explain about JD service
• Gathering information of every small / big SME of the area and capture all his data
name of the establishment, contact details, products and services, photograph of the
establishment, videos if any, menu cards, etc.
• Create interest for JD products to Customer.
• Generating revenue for the company
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
• Developing strong relationship with new customers for referral leads and self-generated
• Ensure for proper & timely support to satisfaction of the customers
• Maintaining Repo with the existing customers.
• Plans organize & control all sales activities to achieve the desired results.
• Ensure to send complete error free application to the processing department.
• Forward leads to respective department among the team
