Record all receivables (Cash, Bank transfers, POS, Cheques)
Deposit collection at the Bank
Reconcile bank statements with payments made through wire transfer or
bank deposit.
Record various types of internal transactions on ERP (EPMS).
Monitor and maintain client’s balances on Excel and ERP (EPMS).
Pay vendors / brokers after ensuring all documents are in order
(Internal / External), With Cheques or bank transfers.
Prepare payroll and proceed with payment after CEO approval.
Work and coordinate with the budgeting team to analyze expected
expenses and receivables, to ensure the company has proper funding and
cash flow to meet the expected expenses and desired collection target.
Submit daily reports to Chef Treasury, CEO, and CFO in UAE about the
company’s financial position and overall liquidity.
Manage petty cash for general office expenses.
Coordinate and follow up with the external tax consultant to ensure income
tax and W.H.T are paid and in order
Receiving clients and collecting cash payments on-premises.
Reconcile bank statement with payment
Record various types of internal transactions.
Monitor and maintain students' balances on Excel and ERP.
Submit aging report for overdue balances to Finance Manager.
