working on several project such as :
Qpost, QCSD, Katara, Red crescent and many other projects
INBOUND :
. Recieving calls between 80 to 100 call a day
. Responding to inquiries.
. Assisting customers with information.
. Raising tickets and complaints.
. Transferring calls.
OUTBOUND :
. Following up with customers.
. Calling back customers to check if the problem is solved or not.

BACK OFFICE:
Handling emails for several projects in a timely manner such as : Customs, Q‑post, QFA ...
Replying to customers' inquiries
Raising tickets and complaints
