• Provide the appropriate environmental solutions for each project

Environmental Impact Assessment, Review, and Auditing Studies:
• Prepare environmental impact assessment (EIA) and Environmental Review Assessment (ERA) for all categories of projects as it is considered the main requirement to obtain the EPO/EPC according to the applicable environmental regulation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Environmental Monitoring and registers:
• Prepare environmental monitoring and registers reports in cooperation with accredited environmental laboratories from the National Center for environmental compliance to perform all the required environmental tests and analyzes (Air quality, Water analysis, Noise measurement, soil test).
• Lead the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) at the Saline Water Conversion Corporation according to the local laws and ISO 14001:2015.
• Coordinate with third party consultants for preparing the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
• Obtain and maintain the Environmental Permit to Operate (EPO) from the General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection (GAMEP).
• Perform quality inspections and drafted reports to detail non-conforming material issues.
• Contribute to root cause analysis to determine the core reasons for failures and errors.
• Execute the investigation and reporting of all accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Plan and conduct emergency drills, inspections, and audits.
• Supervise and coordinate local surveys and sampling (water analysis, stack emission testing, ambient air quality monitoring, noise monitoring, radiation survey, soil testing).
• Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports for GAMEP.
• Conduct the annual review of the effectiveness of the Management System.
• Develop and present environmental compliance training/orientation sessions for plant staff.
• Generate detailed reports covering analysis of key data, KPI`s, and outlining potential solutions.
• Plan and execute internal audits according to ISO 14001.
• Represent the plant in 3rd parties’ external audits (Certification & surveillance) and regulatory bodies.
• Prepared the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the ISO 14001: 2015 for implemented in Saline Water Conversion Corporation(SWCC) in Saudi Arabia
• Conducted preliminary review of the plant's current compliance against the criteria of EMS
• Used knowledge of ISO 14001 standards to develop action plan for company certification
• Collecting and analysing environmental data.
• Making recommendations to maintain and improve environmental performance
