Creating of new formulations, adjusting the formulations of the products as per the quality requirements, the product specification, the cost and the RM availability.
Testing the products according to international standard test methods (ASTM C&D, BS and EN) .
Study the competitor’s products, adjust our products formulation to have the best results and create new formulations.
Preparing the technical and lab reports for all the products (the main products and the new products).
Testing the finish products according to QC specification
Testing the raw materials according to QC specifications (routine test) and Studding of TDS the new RMS from new suppliers.
Develop the formulations to have the same quality with lower coast (cost engineering).
Check the customer complain and solve their problems
Supporting the sales and marketing team by (training on products applications - visit costumers if they ask - solve any complain in the earlier time - create a new product depend on the customer requirements
