- investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises;
- calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
- planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives;
- managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
- directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;

- responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
- Provide direction and supervision to team members. Formally evaluate their performance after each project and provide feedback.
- Resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
- Identify capability gaps and ensure sufficient training opportunities are available to Supervisors and field staff.
- Ensure all supervisors clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of all major equipment in accordance with all codes and specifications
- Updating /Maintaining the KPIs in monthly Basis
- Establishing the SOP as per ISO requirements

- Fully in-charge of a Electro/Mechanical Project
- Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and -
be responsible for all day-to-day activities
- Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project
related matters of the operation of the Project
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project.
- Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project.
- To be overall responsible for overseeing and effective execution of all project
- To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals.
(Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)
- To schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in
co-ordination with the Planning Engineer.
- To attend all project related meeting with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and reporting back to the Division Manager on the proceedings .

- Studying BOQ with Electrical Drawing and Extract the differences in the quantities then check with Mechanical to solve any problems occurred .
- Checking the materials Availability up to date to cover the work progress in the site and chasing with the consultant for approval specially PVC pipes and its accessories .
- Planning the work and classified the manpower according to the work.
- Follow the work progress to be matching with the structure and concrete time of pouring .
- Checking Electrical Drawing with architectural Drawing before Executing the work within submitting shop drawing to consultant for approval.
- Keeping with good relation with the client to be satisfactory with the performance and carry out his observation immediately once it’s found .
- Coordinate with the other services ( Firefighting, wet Chemical, HVAC, LPG Systems ), and the work couldn’t be executed without acceptance with those concerns .
- Safety following up is highly recommended and no execution
