Leading the development and managing of a residential city compound project in the heart of Amman spanning an area of 70, 000 square meters. Coordinating and executing various amenities and facilities including gardens, playgrounds, water features, cinemas, event hall, landscape area 18000 square meters
- Main responsibilities:
1- Develop project plans and schedules, and manage on-site construction activities.
2- Anticipates and resolves various problems such as changes in scope, slippage
of schedules, and budget overruns.
3-Managing a construction staff consisting of 4 project engineers 4 site engineers 5
supervisors and 300 skilled workers.
4- Inspect and approve materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure quality
standards are met.
5-Negotiation with Contractors and Suppliers: Negotiate with contractors and
suppliers to ensure efficient execution of contracts.
6- Site inspections.
7-Develop project budgets and manage resources to ensure that budgets are not
exceeded.
8-Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
9-Ensuring high-quality execution and finishes.
Working as a project manager overseeing for construction site, contain a several tourist Chalets and water features with an area exceeds 5, 000 square meters.
- Main Responsibilities:
1- Develop project plans and schedules, and manage on-site construction activities.
2-Ensuring work is executed in accordance with the contract specifications & design, and
agreed producers and method statement.
3- Reporting to the Resident Engineer.
4- Review technical submittals such as method of construction, shop drawings, material
submittals, etc.
5- Negotiate the contracts of subcontractors, communicate withinspectors and architects.
6- Meet with construction managers and coordinate the delivery ofmaterials with vendors.
7- Review land surveys, assess project estimates and budgets, inspectexisting structures, create design plans and review potential safety issues.
8- Supervise subcontractors, attend project progress meeting and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations. They are charged with ensuring the timely and cost-effective deliveryof construction projects.
9-Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status and costs.

- Assessing construction activities and granting them approval if falling under plans specifications.

-Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

- Responding to breakdowns. - Diagnosing faults.
Working as part of the Design Team which delivers many projects, With main responsibilities of:
- Providing Conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed designs for the projects.
- Ensuring Projects deliverables are meeting agreed specifications and codes along with safety in design awareness.
- Undertaking design and modeling duties as assigned by the Team leader.
Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports. Assess the progress and inform the Project Manager and client in case of delay.
- Oversee field site activities and provide technical advice on construction and design.
- Regularly review and approve contract submittals and payment applications to contractors.
- Work and excel in the core area of Structural Engineering.
- Study and analyze Structural design drawings.
- Be well versed in AISC/BS/BIS construction standards.
- Meet project schedules of clients and ensure customer satisfaction. - Other duties as assigned.
