Under the 1 year compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme for every university graduate in Nigeria, I served as the Development Control officer assistant in the Development Control Department of OPIC Head quarter office, where we carry out basically enforcement of planning standards and building plan approval, we serve different notices such as stop work order, contravention notice, demolition notice, notice to quit and notice to seal, also participated in demolition exercises and other town planning assignments and office responsibilities.
Ogun State Property and Investment Cooperation (OPIC) Diya House, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta, Ogun State, is the property investment arm of Ogun State frontiering the industrial estates, commercial estates, residential estate and other estates development in ogun state.
I did creative art, modelling, Studio Designs (Neighbourhood designs, industrial layouts, master plans etc.) I also have training in EIA, valuation, planning law and development control.
