A cross-functional role encompassing consulting, internal audit and compliance jobs including the following tasks:
• Work on ''Business Process Reviews'' that entail Change Management/Strategic Transformation objectives focusing on system enhancements, internal controls effectiveness, setting KPIs and process efficiency.
• Perform understanding of As-Is Processes by illustrating accurate diagrams after conducting preliminary walk-throughs and meetings with concerned clients/individuals of the company.
• Prepare audit programs, observation logs, working papers, follow-up trackers and draft audit findings with their relevant data for entities of the company in the GCC and MENA region.
• Follow-up on recommendations and action plans of audit findings for different entities of Chedid Capital Holding in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Mauritius and Cyprus.
• Conduct data analysis on financial, production and operational reports. Present results neatly using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Organize Standard Operating Processes & Manuals relating to different operations in the direct insurance, insurance brokerage and reinsurance brokerage industries.
• In-depth understanding of the Insurance Brokerage, Direct Insurance (General Underwriting & Claims) and Reinsurance Brokerage cycles through various projects across the Companies' entities in regulated environments.
• Draft Anti-Money Laundering & Combating Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Risk Assessment & Internal Audit Reviews.
• Reviewing the regulations mandated by the Insurance Authority in the United Arab Emirates and the QFCRA (Qatar Financial Center Regulatory Authority) in Qatar pertaining to the entities' Internal Controls and Compliance Operations.

• Supported the financial consultant in industry specific research and analysis.
• Conducted basic review of financial information and supported in preparation of financial analysis and finding reports.
• Prepared training material for workshops (accounting, finance, etc.)

I was a trainee under the supervision of Engineer Alaa Abdel Willy, construction manager assigned by STATUMEN to the Vision 3970,
residential project in Beit Mery, Mount Lebanon. My tasks were to:
- Prepared tracking systems using Microsoft Excel to organize and check the construction phases of the apartments (especially CMUs,
Plastering, Electrical Systems and Mechanical Systems, etc.)
- Audited the Field Inspection Requests and their dates of completion in order to avoid/detect any type of delay.
- Created cost optimization statements formats using Microsoft Excel.
- Modified apartment maps.
