Projects Executed:
*Restaurants: LACASA (medina central) / Juala (all branches) / Maia Chocolate (all
branches) / Mestooran (mall of Qatar).
* COM 18 (the e18hteen tower): made up of 35 floors of offices
* A selection of high-end Villas varying from classic to modern styles
• Managed all the steps to accomplish the projects from: meeting clients, mood board,
drawings, 3D designs, BOQ, time schedule, materiel selection and identification,
procurement tracking, and finally execution on site and handover.
Projects Executed:
*Location: Double Tree Hilton / Task: Renovation for Pure the rooftop night club.
*Location: Hamad International Airport / Task: Kiosk representing Bayt stadium for the
world cup.
*Location: Villa in Al Rayan / Task: Modifying landscape by adding a Majilis.
*Location: Villa in Westbay / Task: Interior finishing.
*Location: Lusail, Twin Towers / Task: Two offices fit outs work.
*Location: Tawar Mall / Task: Sport corner modifying a brand and creating custom made
tables
*Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions Working on shop drawing coordination between exciting MEP and Architectural.
• Fit outs for offices .
Projects Executed:
-Al Wajbah palace renovation (1000m2 area)
-Hotel Apartment (3B + G + 7 floors) At al Sad
-Raft 5500 m2 (Height 1.5 m) 3 basements 5000m2 each / Roof ( Gym, pool and jogging track .. )
In this project I had to handle 500 manpower, 6 Forman’s and more than 30 subcontractors with a timing of 2 years of civil and finishing work.

Building in Beirut (3 basements 1000 m2 each - 7 typical floors: 3 apartments in each) Workshop and villas (shop drawings and execution files only) .

• Two villas in Janadriye and compound in Riad for 50 villas 3 floors each.
