1. Awarded as the Renewal Officer of the Year 2019.

2. Maintains a database of clients that are due for renewal and second installment billing. Sets renewal reminders for direct policyholders and follows up work with brokers and independent agents in coordinating scheduled renewals.

3. Establishes regular contact with the direct policyholders and brokers/agents regarding expiring policies and renewal offers to achieve sales targets and maintain a high retention rate.

4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with policyholders/sales partners through interactive communication as part of the after-sales service.

5. Ensures policyholders/sales partners’ satisfaction by customer service and transparency by discussing/documenting policy plans and underwriting provisions.

6. Conducts outbound calls and attend inbound calls daily.

7. Understands renewal offers including underwriting factors in coordination with the Policy & Underwriting Department. Identify and assess customers' needs to offer a needs-based plan.

8. Assists walk-in policyholders with renewal queries.

9. Follows up/collect payment of renewal premium.

10. Liaises with the Policy & Underwriting Department with regards to the plan amendments.
Monitors processing of correct renewal notices, ID cards and activation of paid policies.

11. Conducts presentation for group accounts from time to time.

12. Pre-underwrite application for inclusion of member and endorses to Policy & Underwriting Department for final evaluation.

13. Ensures complete and timely submission of requirements.

14. Endorse non-sales requests to the Customer Service Department to guarantee after-sales service.
