Roles & Responsibilities- Providing services to RBS clients by electronically repairing payments that has fallen in the queue for not passing through STP (Straight through processing). The payments are initiated in the front office and have to be pushed after repairing the reasons for Non-STP. Customer’s queries are handled related to payments that has been delayed or not processed due to any reason
Roles & Responsibilities- Handling Reconciliation of Nostro account transactions of different balance pools by matching the debit and credit entries after validating the date, amount and references. The outstanding entries are then allocated to different departments as per their references and tagged to respective departments for further investigation.
