Prepare Engineering submittals and documents for pre-sales and post-sales project implementation.
•Manages the development of project plans in advance of project activity assuring effective execution by the Project Team. Monitors progress to assure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.
•Prepare hardware designs like wiring diagram and other technical drawings like schematic, loop and internal arrangement of the panel using AutoCAD.
•Embedded Application Programming and Graphics designing using Direct Digital Controller (DDC) development software kit.
•Configuring third party integration with PLCs and other building management systems. Programming, fault finding and solution implementing are skills aggregated for a successful integration.
•Make sure panel is fabricated as per client approved drawings and is in compliance with quality standards
•Simulation and Commissioning using DDC tool kit
•Complete project handover to Client with end-user training and ensure project close out.

Project Description: I. AZ-Zour South RO Desalination Plant
With Recarbonation system, with O&M services (30 MIGPD)

Responsibilities:
•Involved in plant erection works and pre-commissioning works
•Installation of instruments as per related drawings
•Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments
•Technical Support for the instrumentation team
•Experience in onsite project handling and co-coordinating project work at site
•Handled project team at site such as contractors, vendors etc as a project engineer
•Involved in testing and commissioning of Fire and Gas detection system and Fire suppression system
•Involved in FAT and SAT activities
•Good knowledge about location drawing, P& ID, Instrument loop drawing, Hook up diagram, cable tray root drawing, cable trench lay out, functional loop schematic
•All Process Instrument Installation, tubing, conducting cable tray, cable trench, cable glanding, termination
