Project Description: Deyaar Property is currently on EBS R12 and moving to fusion cloud and enabling the VAT calculation on P2P and O2C flow after introducing the VAT law in UAE counties.
Job description:
• Analysis of current business process flow of EBS R12 and Peripheral systems and mapping the functionality to Oracle fusion cloud; as well as the data mapping to Fusion cloud.
• SME in Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Tax Management)
• Worked with business to modify the business process flow of Peripheral system to migrate to new platform ‘Oracle fusion cloud’ successfully.
• Worked with business to categorize process change opportunities between existing process and future processes. Recommend alternative business process solutions to accommodate gaps.
• Lead the documentation of design specifications as well as review of designs and configuration documents.

Project Title : Dell Platform modernization AND Portfolio Rationalization
Role : Solution Architect for ‘Oracle EBS R12’ AND ‘Fusion Cloud R12’
Project Description: Dell Order Management system (OMEGA) is the core system running on EBS R12 platform caters core business needs of Dell. In addition to the core OMEGA system, Dell has numerous Peripheral system that are not running on EBS R12 platform as a result they are not fully integrated with Core OMEGA System.
This project is part of Dell’s platform modernization initiative which includes migration of existing OMEGA system running on Oracle EBS R12 to a new platform ‘Oracle Fusion Cloud’ as well as migrate functionality of Peripheral applications and their Data to new platform. There are one hundred business critical Peripheral applications in “Order to Cash’ area, those are identified as priority candidates for migration to the new platform Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Job description:
• Evaluate ‘Oracle fusion cloud’ implementation topology (SaaS, PaaS & IaaS) as per business requirement.
• As SME- defining, designing and road-mapping Cloud application implementations.
• Worked on proof of concept to migrate the ‘Oracle EBS R12’ to ‘Oracle fusion cloud’ to showcase cloud capabilities of ‘Oracle fusion cloud financial’ for critical business processes (Order to Cash and Record to Report).

Project Description: Dell Order Management System (OMEGA) is an Oracle EBS R12 global implementation which has around 50+ business units across the world (USA, EMEA, and APJ). Each country has separate Operating Units, Multi-Currency and Multi-Language enabled. Oracle EBS R12 application is tightly integrated with various Up-Stream and Down-Stream applications. Oracle Apps Modules include Order-to-Cash Flow, Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory (INV), Cash Apps, and Collections.
Dell Oracle EBS sustaining & enhancement project (OMEGA) involves process improvement, enhancement and defect resolutions.

Project Description: Oracle EBS R12 implementation for McKinsey & Company is the one of the largest Implementation project for Management & Business Process consulting organization. This Implementation Includes redesigning the existing Oracle 11i business process and replacing the customizations with EBS R12 new functionalities which are more aligned with financial compliances. It is a challenging project due to global in nature which has impact 104 countries at same time, separate operating unit for each country. It Includes various module like GL, SLA, AP, AR, CM, FA, E-Business-Tax, Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Compensation & Loan system etc, which will be integrated with upstream & downstream system along-with OBIIE.

Project Description: Dell Oracle 11i implementation project was for EMEA & APJ Dell regional business which has 45 country in scope and each one has separate business unit. Afterwards same project got converted into Oracle EBS R12 upgrade & roll out project for Japan & China country. EBS R12 upgrade project allow enabling the Multi Org architecture to allow multiple companies or subsidiaries to store their records within a single database. Multi-org also allows maintaining multiple sets of books and multiple legal entities.
Implementation includes Oracle General Ledger (GL), Account Receivable (AR), Order Management (OM), Oracle Inventory (INV), Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA), EB-Tax, .
