• Responsible to picking up work which is passed back from the offshore teams, identifying root causes and providing solutions with detailed explanations
• 6 months working on a departmental wide Decision Tree Project. Completing on average 1.5 processes per week
• Recently spent 2 weeks in Doxford offices training the supply team on MOP processes
Graduated with a 2:2 from university
