My duties included purchasing raw materials and dispatching raw materials to workers and staff for production, managing the supply chain, negotiating contracts required to support the company, inform customers on back order status, parts availability and expected lead times.
•Supply raw materials as per customer’s complaints request by interpreting specifications using an ERP software
•Tracking shipments for customers and communicating with them.
•Maintaining historical records on area and customer sales.
•Providing daily updates regarding the whereabouts of the consignment and making sure they have arrived safely at the final destination.
