• Launched a new brand Craven A to strengthen the brand portfolio in Libya.
• Communication, negotiation and relationship development with the distributor in Libya and local monopoly in Tunisia.
• Co-ordination of sustainable supply chain flow between BATUKE in Southampton/ BAT factories and the countries.
• Led the implementation of new Global Target Operating Model (TOM) and deployment of “One SAP” system in North Africa (This global transformation program is called TaO) as a marketing functional expert.
• Coordinated the localization of the global process and activities which are required to implement and embed the “To Be Processes” across the Area by providing detailed process knowledge and leadership during the whole deployment life cycle.

• Prepared and executed the Trade Marketing and Distribution plans for East Marmara in line with BAT Turkey’s brand and TM&D objectives.
• Managed two distributors and DSS teams being responsible of 70m $ turnover with leading an organization of 80 people.
• Ensured effective allocation and use of divisional budgets to implement TM&D plans
• Prepared and implemented the Northern Cyprus Company Plan including delivery of agreed volume, profit and share targets (Achieved 1.6m GBP net profit in 2007 and 1.8 in 2008).
• Planned and launched 2 global drive brands Dunhill and Kent to strengthen and ensure the leadership of BAT in the market (Kent is achieved 3 % market share in first 3 months.)

Brand Manager in “Coiffure” Department;
• Managed the Hair Care brand “OSMOSE” - sold only in hairdressers. Achieved 35% increase in volume, which created the market leader position for Osmose.
• Launched two hairstyling products “TEC NI ART” and “INFINIUM” which created the existence of L’Oréal Professional in this market.
Brand Manager in “Mass Market” Department;
• Managed the Hairstyling (Studio Line) and Hair Care (Elseve) products in “Mass Market” Department.
• Field Trainee as a sales representative for 4 months in chain markets in Ankara.
• Achieved 40 % increase in sales during this period compared to the previous periods.
Dealt with Corporate Clients to manage their life and health insurances.
