In this period I got involve mostly in the Operational work of HR & Some parts of Strategic HR
as well, detailed as below :
» Recruitment : Sourcing / Screening / Shortlisting candidates, Conduct & attending interviews .
» On-Boarding & Off-Boarding: Preparing contracts / Offers, Doing necessary onboarding and offboarding
paperwork, Conduct Orientation for new joiners.
» Performance management : Asist in SIMAH’s Performance management Process (Mid & Final year)
» Employee Relation : Writing HR related reports, Tracking employees attendance / Tardiness & Register new
employees to GOSI.
» Archiving : Sorting Current and past Employees files.
» Organization Development: Assigned to initiate employee transfer evaluation form, participate in
implementing new onboarding strategy.
» Policy & procedure: Update Employee access policy .
