Pegasus is a big-data production based on social data, public resource, specific custom data, to meet the client requirements which are mainly about 3 levels :data store, data management and data analysis.
User can easily get what they want on the web UI and make customized charts or reports.

1. In charge of VMware product management.
2. Create testing/dev environment and technical support and IT resolution.
3. Manage the daily tasks and build weekly/monthly/annually plan.
4. Automation team build and resources integration.
5. Issues analysis and report, communication with customers on US/CN.
6. Be responsible for company width training, both on technical or in-technical.

QBO is an accountant system and widely used in US, CA, UK, AU, SG and EUR
1.Make manually L10N / I18N testing for Quick Book Online website and mobile site.
2. Using JIRA and Quickbase to cover cases and deal with defects.
3. Create and modify cases, build the testing environment on different OS.
4. Using ‘Selenium IDE’ to do the automatic testing.
5. Communicating with the developers/Core QA team and join the design of the product.

Achievement:
At the beginning we only have 4 people doing the CA and FR testing, after I become the lead of this team for 1 year, the team has grown up to 16 people, and test other 8 languages beside French. In next 2 months, I win business from client for mobile devices testing, so in the second year the team became 22 members.

As a software engineer in this project, writing code, be in charge of the Read/Write part of the Mesnac project. Also for the part of the test key point and function test

1. Be responsible for development and quality testing of products;
2. Be in charge of technology support, and set up the testing environment;
3. Testing yield improvement;
4. Write testing plan, training the clients, correspond projects, provide with testing process;
5. Submit an amendment to bug of CMM3, and track the status;
6. Test updated bug, write testing report.
