(76 stores 3500 employees in China, overseeing 7 functional training managers =35 trainers across
various function: Sales, Chinese & Foreign teachers, Service team, etc. Annual training budget =1 million)
 Roll out and administer the full spectrum of training function across the property. Accountable for
ensuring consistent and quality service is maintained via the support of training activities and the
management of departmental trainers.
 Support closely the progress of store leadership in the development their coaching skills
 Responsible for management of e-learning training programs
 Serves as a quality assurance mechanism and ultimate guarantor of employee success
 Set up and maintain training systems and structure that fits for the company development according
to the company strategy and human resources plan
 Sourcing recruitment channels by developing oversee TESOL school and cooperating with Foreign
Company China Offices to expand recruitment channels and save large costs
 Fostering and maintaining relationships with Foreign teachers to understand its business objectives
and fulfill leadership recruiting demand
 Participating in creating and refining the recruiting plan.
 Overseeing recruitment cost and budget management
Projects Lead:
 Develop and deliver Referral Sales training for Chinese teachers. As the result, Referral Sales leads
and shows records were record-breaking in WSE history in China.
 Revamp NCO=new employee orientation to a WOW experienced training. (Evaluation result > 80%)
 Key Talents Competences matching. Partner with supplier Gallup to identify Store Leaders’ core
competencies, to integrate the core competencies into Recruitment process, Probation
measurements, PDP measurements and matching to Academy Curriculums for training needs.
 Discuss and Identify restructured employees with Owners and Department Directors. Negotiate and
terminate restructured employees with support of corporate lawyers.
 Lead Recruitment Team to interview Foreign Teachers Focus Group in order to understand their
satisfaction level towards On-boarding process and retention focuses. As the result, successfully
persuaded Owner to: 1. Revamp the On-boarding process, Initial training, free Chinese language
lesson and RMB 3000 increase to match salary above the Industry average
