Key responsibilities: Design holistic Total Rewards framework and practices and proactively bring
insights and future trends to ensure Total Rewards are outcome-driven, market
competitive, cost-effective, and enable talent and business objectives. Implement the Job Description and Job Evaluation model to maintain consistency

recognition, benefits, and global mobility frameworks for all markets. Ensured rewards & benefits (both tangible and non-tangible) policies and
practices are legally compliant across all geographies. Drove the design, development, and implementation of innovative Performance
Management framework, programs, processes, and standards to build a
performance improvement culture and capability. Trained, coached & mentored managers to enhance organizational performance. Led HR Transformation and Digitization initiatives. Drove global rollout of SAP
Success Factor Talent Suites in a 'Product Owner' capacity. Led HR integration of existing/post-merger entities to optimize cost, alignment of
HR practices, and devised appropriate communication strategy. Ensured HR programs, practices, and governance in GHQ are business aligned. and Real Estate sectors to benchmark jobs and rewards practices. Led role-clarity exercises using Mercer approach for organizational restructuring
and downsized workforce by 8%. Spearheaded initiatives to ensure completion of half-yearly/Annual Performance
Appraisals within the stipulated timeframe. Designed and administered 360-degree feedback to identify development needs
and integrated it with promotion policy for Senior Management. Successfully led ISO 9001:2000 certification process for the HR function removing
process bottlenecks and achieving process excellence. Worked as HRBP in various units, made HR service delivery employee-centric. Redesigned in-house HRIS to make it robust and user-friendly. Enhanced employee engagement levels from 65% to 82% through collaborative
engagement initiatives.
