Job Description
• Performs the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's books (including, but not limited to, bank reconciliations, cheque runs, accounts receivable transactions and management, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, closing activities etc).
• Prepare Guarantor invoices and follow up collection
• Processing of payment from providers direct and indirect settlement.
• Prepare guarantor administration calculation and collection.
• Updating of currency exchange rate calcutation to the system

Job Description
•Review and analyze opex and capex budget
•Prepare regular monthly opex and capex report by market segment and cost center performance report
•Perform analytics of budget against actual, for monthly flash report and management report
•Monitor and ensure that opex and capex are within the approve budget, correctly classified as opex or capex and booked to proper accounts
•Experience in inventory accounting, handling, inventory controls and analysis
• Performs the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's books (including, but not limited to, bank reconciliations, cheque runs, accounts receivable transactions and management, fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, closing activities etc).
• Preparation of Value Added Tax(VAT) alpha list for local purchases and importation
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns (VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax) and ensures accurately and timely filing and remittance to the BIR to avoid penalties and other charges.
• Perform other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Description
• Obtains knowledge of client’s business and industry, government regulation affecting the client, and identification of special audit procedures in verifying the fairness of the client’s financial statements;
• Performs preliminary evaluation of the client’s internal accounting structure in order to identify weaknesses and other areas for improvement and management considerations;
• Conducts financial audit for the purpose of expressing an opinion whether a client’s financial statements present fairly the financial position and operating results in the light of generally accepted accounting principles;
• Develops and communicate to the client constructive suggestions to improve the existing internal control system and other areas related to the system;
• Discuss with the client’s management, accounting officers and staff the following:
Financial statements and proposed audit adjustments
Identify business risks and accounting issues
Management report and other matters related to audit engagements
• Takes part in the preparation of auditor’s report, client’s audited financial statements, income tax return and related schedules required by the Security and Exchange Commission, where applicable.
