I opened the 1st Branch in Kuwait in November 2009 as a Franchise from Milan Italy, the concept was to offer truly Authentic Italian experience in the market with the touch of Arabic Culture, which I was proud that through of my dedication and hard work to the brand the pioneer and opening team, the brand was successfully well known in the market with positive overview from the guest with Excellent Turnover in return to the company during 8 ½ years of my journey, and the ROI was achieved within the period of 3 ½ years.

I was closely involved in training and learning development in the region and handling 18 branches in Kuwait and fully accountabilities in all stores with regards in the daily operation and to ensure that the brand standards way duly implemented in all outlets incline to the standards as a franchise.
