Mission:
Ensure timely delivery of materials and spare parts for all operational activities (containers dressing and stuffing, trucking,
stevedoring). Maintain good satisfaction of internal stakeholders regarding housekeeping, insurances issues and various
furniture supply.
Selected achievements:
o Update and implementation of SOP in place to address both purchase planning and urgency management.
o Management of about $2m investments from both foreign and local vendors for the setup of new activity
o Implementation of tools to smooth health insurance requests treatment and facilitate communication with broker
o Put in place standards regarding vendors offers analysis with regards to defined criteria for selection
o Provision of detailed cost calculation regarding imported goods and equipment for valuation purpose
Mission:
insure proper handover for treasury accountant on leave and provide support to finance team at accounting level.
Selected achievements:
o Daily bank reconciliation follow up and clearing
o Provision of monthly report on open items for reporting purpose.
