provide independent nursing care plan according to patient’s needs
•function as Unit Nurse Manager to recheck, verify and eliminate errors that arises in the area
•deliver critical care to patients unable to perform activity of daily living
•knowledgeable in using machines such as Mechanical Ventilator, Defibrilator, Bipap
•provides assistance with general care, bathing and grooming
•assist Doctors in performing IJ catheter insertion, Chest tube insertion, Tracheostomy, Bronchoscopy and other invasive procedure
•strict monitoring of patient’s intake and output
•Act as Infectious and Prevention Control Nurse in the Unit
assist with bedside surgical procedures
•responsible for patient care in complex environment from pediatric patients through geriatric patients
•modify patient treatment as indicative by patient response and provide immunizations
•assist in Cryocautery, Electric Cautery, Pap Smear and IUD insertion
carry out hemodynamic monitoring and caring for patients with invasive line placement (chest tube, AV fistula, endotracheal tube, etc.)
•delivered chemotherapy administration for cancer patients, assessing patient’s reactions to chemotherapy drugs and blood products with high risk side effects
•coordinate service, treatments and consultation using computer system
•participate in quality assurance programs and seminars for improvement and enhancement in cooperation with health professionals
•monitor health and safe compliance with infection control within the complex
•responsible in caring numerous patients with effectiveness and committed to provide excellent service
