• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including visa procedures.
• Developing and delivering training sessions for hiring teams on effective interviewing techniques.

Analyse the different types of job requirements received from clients from all over Gulf and European
countries.
• Distributing and leading teams to fulfill the requirements received from clients from all kinds of
industries like Construction, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Medical, and Hospitality Industries.
• Conducting thorough technical requirement analyses for overseas recruitment.
• Proactively handling client interactions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Facilitating effective communication channels with recruiters and helping in the successful placement of
candidates in overseas companies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment workflows.
• Developing and executing market expansion strategies through tie-ups.
• Monitoring and ensuring the resolution of client and candidate complaints efficiently.
• Leading different teams during the client Face-to-face interviews in different locations.
Spearheading digital marketing campaigns and implementing traditional marketing techniques to
increase candidate reach.
• Enhancing client relationships through personalized communication and support.
• Managing and optimizing job postings on various platforms for maximum visibility.
• Conducting targeted market research for strategic business development.
• Implementing innovative sourcing strategies for talent acquisition.
• Coordinating with clients to understand evolving job requirements.
• Analysing industry trends to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Implementing process improvements in recruitment and communications during the onboarding
process in overseas countries.
• Find potential leads and collaborate with different overseas agencies in Gulf and European countries,
turning them into active clients, and fulfill the job requirements received from them.
