Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Like LTO, Regional Campaign and Local campaign.
Innovating of the new products such as (Chili's, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Johnny Carino's, Ocean Basket, Le Baton Sale and Cinnamonster.
Plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report. Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory. Updating marketing calendar activities of each brands.
Keeps communications with international and local Franchisee regarding marketing plans and next promotional strategy.
Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
Supports Operation teams, Area Managers, Finance and Purchasing Department by new product information and marketing material requests inside and outside the restaurants.
Establishing and maintaining old and new customer date base/contacts.
Weekly preparation of email blasting to the customer regarding the new campaign.
Direct communicating with local and international social media agency for any brand requirements. Monitoring of social media posting in brand website.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies. Dealing with Talabat and Carriage Company for profitable sales.
Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, or packaging.
Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement or royalty sharing with outside producers or distributors.
