● Coordinated and supervised the implementation of DOT Rwanda’s operations in the Northern and Western Provinces, where I established partnerships with the local Authorities, civil societies, financial service providers, employment agencies.
● Coordinated DOT Rwanda’s Annual Business Plan Competition across Rwanda’s thirty districts, which included fundraising and partnership engagement, jury and award events management, market linkages, monitoring and evaluation and reporting.
● Business Startup Judge for various business competitions which included DOT Rwanda’s Nkera ku ntego, ADC & SPARK, African Innovation Prize with University of Rwanda and Youth Connekt with the Ministry of Youth and ICT.
● Trained and Supervised a team of 67 DOT Rwanda’s youth leaders in charge of business and job creation as facilitators and coaches. Through my leadership, Youth leaders supported out of school youth to create and implement small businesses and social enterprise models in service of building lasting solutions to community challenges.
● Co- created, curated and adapted curriculum for new business startups.
● Business startup facilitator and coach for the annual Youth Connekt organized by Ministry of Youth and UNDP; and for People with disabilities organized by the National Council of People with Disabilities (NCPD).
● Secured startup funds for youth and women, cooperatives and associations through the partnership with Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), Savings and Credit Co-operative (SACCOs), Business Development Fund (BDF) and local authorities of Musanze and Burera districts.
● Coordinated the following projects under the DOT Rwanda and IOM partnership; - Sustainable Return and Reintegration Programme (SR&RP); Enhancing Social Economic Reintegration Opportunities for Rwandan Returnees and other vulnerable groups through Market-Oriented Skills training (MOST) including community Development support; Strengthening human security by enhancing resilience to natural disasters and climate-related threats in Ngororero, Karongi, Rutsiro and Rubavu Districts.
● Organized and coordinated ICT Literacy and Awareness Campaigns in the districts of Rubavu, Rutsiro, Musanze and Nyabihu under the partnership between DOT Rwanda and the Ministry of Youth and ICT.
I am completing my ongoing Masters' of International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, The best studies that will add value to my seven years experience serving for youth development.
My Bachelor's of Community Development focuses on rural communities's welfare and specifically on creation, management of big and small projects and Initiatives.
Information Technology focused on Network Administration, Internet server Installation, PC Maintenance and Web Design for Software Developer.
