• Sales and representation of commercial air-conditioning systems to HVAC contractors and consulting engineers in geographical areas like Gauteng, Limpopo, Freestate, Mpumalanga and Botswana.
• Air-conditioning systems consisting of VRF, RAC and CAC systems.
• Marketing, training and educational presentations to mainstream target market professionals.
• Mechanical designs, system design selections and costings of VRF, RAC and CAC systems including design submissions for all sized tenders including regular site visits.
• Provide engineered HVAC solutions, indicating HVAC placement and electrical reticulation detail of mechanical HVAC system designs on construction drawings and forwarding to draughtsman for finalisation.
• Technical assistance to our National Sales Manager and sales colleagues in order to employ creative and versatile engineering intuition by offering professional solutions to any HVAC requirements best suited for the given project.
• Handle all tender documents and procedures as required by professional teams.
• Understand HVAC mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proposals and submissions are correct and relevant to the products and systems offered in terms of the scope of work, specifications, terms and conditions.
• Preparation of follow up reports on submitted quotations.
• Preparation of technical and sales presentations.
• Marketing and sales function in accordance with departmental procedures.
• After sales services function on completed projects and sales to determine and maintain client satisfaction.
• Competitive product and service analysis of various competitors within the HVAC market.
• Keeping up to date technically with industry offerings, competitor analysis and development teams.
• Clientele and HVAC projects completed: Medi Clinic, Standard Bank, First National Bank, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Planet Fitness, Khato Civils etc.
