AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITY:
•Responsible to the QA/ QC Manager, Authorized to undertake appropriate action to control operation and resources including liaison with other QC Inspector. Coordinate ensure efficiency of the works and implementing.
•Responsible to the implementation and monitoring of quality system as per ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 including reviewing of documents, auditing, inspection and testing. Ensuring that the correct site works and good practices are being adhered to the relevant specifications and approved drawings. Also analyze the current methods of work and recommendations for improvement.
•Responsible for all aspects related to quality control are planned, resourced, performed, controlled, managed and documented. To stop and give immediate notifications/report for any works that are non-confirming.
•Ensuring projects are in compliance with policies and standards to meet all required guidelines & regulations.
•Assisting manager with customer and other external audits, responding to customer/ supplier concerns or issues and evaluating customer/ supplier quality agreements.
•Preparation of the, method of statement, inspection and test plans including risk assessment and check-sheets. Jointly with Construction Managers and QA/QC Manager.
•Routine site inspections and periodical offsite inspections.
•Complete of necessary documentation to verify the work performed and maintain all the QC reports for all the QC activities.
•Analyze, interpret and make recommendations based on incoming inspection data and reports.
•Ensuring that inspection systems and controls are implemented.
•Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
•Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up.
•Analysis of NCRs for determination of route cause.
•Report to the QA/QC Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management Control System.
•Completion of final Weight of Evidence Compliance documentation in relation to inspections, tests, non conformances and material approval etc.
•Review Technical Submittals and recommend to higher Managers.
•Preparation of QA Reports and Review of Weekly, Monthly Reports & Staff Training.
•Preparation of Close Out & Handing Over the Project.
