Engaged in technical activities related to Third Party Monitoring activities of WFP assisted food distribution and post-food distribution situation under Rohingya camps of Cox’s Bazar district.
Provided expert services as Consultant for carrying out Mid-term Evaluation of country program titled “Promote Rights and Inclusion of Disabled children for their Empowerment” (PRIDE) in the view of a society where disabled children can enjoy a dignified life through equal rights and opportunities.
Carried out research activities on Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) issues and working standard of workers engaged in Re-rolling Mills, Water Vessel Manufacturing Yards and Secondary market as actors of Shipbreaking Value Chain under Chittagong region of Bangladesh.
Provided expert services in developing project proposal on Local Economic Development through LGI to be implemented by SDC and Community-based Flood Risk Management to be implemented by DDM under funding assistance of ADB.
Carried out research on existing situation of shipbreaking value chain in Bangladesh, analysis on inter-relationship of key stakeholders in the shipbreaking sector as a part of regional mapping including in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. Played active role as team member along with Dutch and Indian experts for formulation and designing a multiyear regional program to improve shipbreaking sector as Green Industry to be undertaken by Mondiaal FNV, the Netherlands.
Worked as Co-Principal Evaluator for phase/end line evaluation of Area Development Program implementing by World Vision Bangladesh at Agailjhara upazila under Barisal district. The components of the program are Education, WATSAN, Health & Nutrition (maternal, reproductive healthcare and child health), Child labor, and early marriages, Economic Development and Food Security, Disaster & Climate change, and Child Sponsorship for education.
Worked as Team Leader for carrying out baseline survey of Area Development Program implementing by World Vision Bangladesh at Panchbibi upazila under Joypurhat district.
Worked as Co- Evaluator for carrying out Phase evaluation of Area Development Program implementing by World Vision Bangladesh at Tanore upazila under Rajshahi district.
Worked as Co-team Leader for carrying out phase evaluation of a 5 years integrated development programme (KADP) implemented by World Vision Bangladesh. Major components of the project were economic development through agricultural technology transfer and business linkages, Mothers and children health & nutrition, rehabilitation of disabled target population, Education of the children, Child Protection through awareness in the community and Sponsorship of poor children.
Worked as Team Leader for conducting Programme Audit of Health component of the PRIME program funded by PKSF. The project components were WASH, Community hygiene improvement, Maternal and Child Health & Nutrition and rehabilitation of disabled.
Worked as Co-team Leader for conducting Programme Audit of School Feeding Project implemented by RDRS in the northern districts of Bangladesh.
Worked as co-evaluator of Education Assistance and Leadership development program implemented by Santal Mission Norwegian Board. The project addresses the issues of increasing rate of higher education and development of leadership qualities of Adivasi communities under Rajshahi and Rangpur division
Worked as Team Leader for conducting Programme Audit of the project titled “Socio-economic Empowerment with Dignity and Sustainability (SEEDS) of Ethnic communities living in plain land implemented by RDRS under the funding assistance of Stromee Foundation.
Developed two project proposals on Gender based violence and human rights of Indigenous communities living in plain land of Bangladesh and empowering women in the coastal region of Bangladesh.
Managed 52 projects funded by major donors through 95 field offices and around 100 local NGOs.
Supervised more than 1200 staff through line management and was fully responsible for implementation of programmes.

Worked as Team Leader for carrying out phase evaluation of Fulbari ADP (integrated development program) of World Vision Bangladesh under Dinajpur district. This was a 5 years project focused on livelihood, education, child protection, women empowerment, and sponsorship management.
Worked as Co-team Leader for phase evaluation of Chowfaldandi ADP of World Vision Bangladesh.
The overall goal of the project was to reduce food insecurity among vulnerable rural populations through increasing incomes of poor and ultra-poor households through agricultural value chain development, improving the health and nutritional status of women and children through PM2A approach and enhancing resilience to shocks through early preparedness.
Led and coordinated monitoring & evaluation activities of Program for Strengthening Household Access to Resources (PROSHAR) project implementing under the financial assistance USAID (Food for Peace, Tittle II) and provided proper guidance to the field-based monitoring team and NGO partner’s monitoring staff members.
