 Operating System installation like windows XP, windows7, Windows8, Windows10, windows server 2003 and Updates, Software installation, disk formatting, Responsible for maintaining the network & trouble shooting the network related issues partitioning, Hardware assembling, troubleshooting software resources and LAN setups.
 Responsible for configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft outlook accounts.
 Responsible for creating new Microsoft outlook accounts for new users.
 Responsible for creating maintaining the network & troubleshooting the network related issues.
 Responsible for troubleshooting internal issues.
 Responding /Resolving Logged calls in BMC Remedy Based tool for any service requests and incidents reported by Users.
 Monitoring complete network & providing network statistics.
 Remote desktop and Remote assistance.
 Upgrade of PC hardware as required such as memory & hard disk.
 Responsible for creating new Thunderbird accounts for new users.
 Responsible for configuring & troubleshooting IBM Lotus notes accounts.
 Data Cards configure and troubleshooting.
 Configuring and troubleshooting Desktop and Network printers.
 Having good experience in remote tool’s windows Remote Desktop, Anydesk, Team Viewer, etc, .
 Having good knowledge of Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Operating System in Microsoft Windows.
 Installation of Antivirus like Symantec (or) Norton, MacAfee, Avg, Avast, & Kaspersky & updating the antivirus.
 Remotely troubleshooting Intranet apps, OS & desktop software related issues such as MS-Office, Antivirus, Acrobat reader, Adobe Acrobat Pro, thunderbird, IBM lotus notes etc..
